First Annual PU Legacy Foundation Golf Tournament
One of our alumni, Ralph "Butch" Choate, is hosting a First Annual PU Legacy Foundation Golf Tournament at his beautiful course, Turkey Creek Golf Club, west of Hennessey, Oklahoma as a part of the 2009 Phillips University Alumni Reunion.
Butch has a reputation of running a tournament, second to none, and not one to be missed.
Planned for Friday, June 26th, 2009 from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., the event is geared toward the alumni, friends and supporters of Phillips University. The tournament will be a four-person "schamble" designed for 4-member Teams. If you would like to sponsor a hole, submit goodies for the player bags, bring a team or be a part of team, please let us know. Prizes will be given to various winners to include: closest to the pin, longest drive and the top three overall team winners.
The tournament proceeds will benefit the Phillips University Legacy Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship Program.
