Phillips University Legacy Scholar Program - Scholar Spotlight
Ms. Langdon S. Ryan

Transylvania University
2003-2007
2nd year law student
The importance of having a strong support system cannot be understood. I believe it is the foundation of any success; after all, 'no man is an island'. Throughout my undergraduate years, my support system was the Phillips University Legacy Foundation. This support was not just in the monetary sense, but in EVERY sense. Through my scholarship with PULF, I was encouraged to explore and strengthen every aspect of myself-my education, my civic responsibility, and my spirituality. PULF gave me the support I needed to have an unforgettable and strong undergraduate experience, and the tools I needed to build a future that is bright in every way.
