History/Artifacts: Don Angle 55, Chair
Receives, records, and processes all artifacts and memorabilia belonging or donated to Alumni and Friends Association, PULF and/or PU for historical records and/or for display in the Phillips University Gallery in the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center.
Finance (Budget/Finance): Janae Castell, Chair
Develops the budget, supervises the accounting system and the sale of memorabilia.
Policy/Rules Review: Tom Walker, Chair
Education: Lori Hunter, Chair
Promotes and organizes educational programs and speakers for reunions and other alumni events.
Membership: Jenny Schaffer Wade, 69, Chair
Maintains contact with Legacy Scholars and promotes active membership in the association.
Publications: Nancy Phillips, Chair
Supervises the publication of The Phillips Connection newsletter; oversees the website and general publicity.
Reunions: Rob Holtzinger, 76, Chair
Plans the annual meeting/reunion held the first weekend in August; plans and conducts the bi-annual Phillips luncheon at the General Assembly of Christian Churches (DOC); coordinates activities of Hub area alumni gatherings.

Receives nominations for directors for the Board of Directors and conducts the annual election of directors and officers.
