Libby Skaggs, originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, graduated from Mansfield High School where she was in color guard, theatre, Gay-Straight Alliance, and student council, where she held leadership roles. She serves as a junior deacon at her church and president of the church youth group. Libby is attending Culver-Stockton College, double-majoring in political science and journalism, aiming to use her passions to improve her community.
